How it Works
Simply complete an application form in venue or speak with one of our friendly staff who can assist you.
You earn points every time you visit and use your Pegasus Rewards card:
- $1 spent on food & beverages = 1 point
- $10 turnover on gaming = 1 point
Just present your Pegasus Rewards card when purchasing food and drinks, or insert your card when playing gaming machines.
You can redeem your points on a variety of rewards available at our in-venue kiosks (and soon via the Pegasus Rewards mobile app).
Options include:
- Food & beverage vouchers
- Paying for meals & drinks
- Gift cards
You can even use points for part payment. For example, if your meal costs $20 and you have 100 points, you can redeem $1 off your total and pay the remaining $19 via cash or EFTPOS.
Please note: redeeming your points has no effect on your current or potential tier status.
Your tier automatically upgrades once you reach the required points.
You will receive an email notification when you move up. Tier status points are calculated on your total points earned from spend over a 12-month period. Using your points in venue or redeeming them will not affect your tier status.
Bonus or promotional points do not count towards tier progression.
Yes. Tier reviews take place on 30 June each year. Depending on your activity, your tier may change and we will notify you if this occurs.
You can check your balance by:
- Swiping your card at an in-venue kiosk
- Viewing your monthly “What’s On” email
- Downloading the Pegasus Rewards app (coming soon)
- Asking our friendly staff in venue
Yes, your points will expire on 30 June each year, so remember to use them regularly.
*Redeeming your points will not affect your current or future tier status.
You can use your Pegasus Rewards card at any Pegasus Leisure Group venue. One card works across all participating venues.

You can update your address, phone number, email address or communication preferences with our venue staff.
Visit your preferred venue and speak to our staff. We will issue you a replacement card and transfer your points balance and tier status.
You will also be able to use your digital card via the Pegasus Rewards mobile app.
